Parent Representative

• To provide and encourage a communication line for parents/carers and players to express their views

• Communicating club news and policies to the parents/ carers and players as required by the team manager and the club

• Provide information and feedback to team manager, parents/carers and players

• Assist team manager with organising kit e.g. collating kit orders for a new season, collecting match fees and recording them on the format provided by the club, collecting membership forms.

• Help organise volunteer helpers at events such as the club Tournament supporting fundraising for the club

• Attend parent representative meetings organised by the club and feedback to team manager and parents/carers

• Be a good role model

• Encourage good team spirit

• To work closely with the team managers and at times, with the membership secretary, club Treasurer and club procurement Officer.
