In our Club, coaches use WhatsApp / Spond to communicate information to parents. The purpose these channels are used, is for team updates, match arrangements and information communications. Your number will be visible to all group members. Messages shared in the group are stored by WhatsApp, Spond, which processes data outside the

EU. Joining is optional and you can leave the group at any time. We will not share sensitive information (such as

medical details or payments) in WhatsApp/Spond.

We have read all of the above and wish to become a member of BB & AJFC and therefore agree to abide by the club rules and accept the codes of conduct set out by the club. The MEMBERSHIP FEE for this season is £100 and £85 for other children living at the same address.


Please note that all fees must be paid by 30th September.


Any Member joining January onwards will pay a pro rata fee plus an insurance cost. January 2027, player £65 and sibling fee £55 and apply the same principal from February onwards. Please note that payment does not guarantee automatic inclusion in matches.

There will be a £2 match fee payable for all home and away matches. This is required for the upkeep and maintenance of the playing surfaces and referees’ fees.
